Overview
Chargeflow is a chargeback management platform for ecommerce merchants. When a dispute arrives, it gathers order, shipping, customer and session data from the store, payment processor and carriers, assembles evidence using AI tuned to card network rules, and submits the response automatically. Alerts from Visa and Mastercard networks let merchants refund before a dispute escalates, Prevent scores transactions for fraud at checkout, and Insights reports dispute rates and win rates. Small online stores use it so that nobody has to compile evidence by hand or track deadlines, and the success-fee model means there is no cost when a case is lost. It installs from the Shopify App Store and integrates with Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Adyen, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Klarna and ShipStation. A pilot would connect the store and processor, let Chargeflow handle every dispute for 60 days, and compare the win rate with historical manual responses. Caveat: the 25% fee is on recovered amounts and alerts are billed per event, so stores with very few disputes may pay more than the time saved is worth.
