PandaDoc
Proposal, quote and e-signature platform with templates, content library, payments and AI document drafting.
Electronic signature and agreement management with AI that extracts terms, summarizes contracts and flags risks.

Overview
DocuSign is the most widely used e-signature service, letting small businesses send contracts, proposals, lease agreements and onboarding forms for legally binding signature from desktop or mobile. Its Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) plans add Docusign Iris, the AI layer that extracts key terms and dates from signed agreements, generates summaries, flags unusual clauses during review, and makes the repository searchable, plus Navigator for storing all agreements in one place and Maestro for no-code agreement workflows. Templates, reusable fields, reminders, payments collection and ID verification are available depending on plan. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Box, Dropbox and Zapier. A small team would pilot on the Standard plan with templates for its two most common documents, then test IAM Starter for AI extraction on signed contracts. Caveat: the entry Personal plan caps at five envelopes a month and annual plans limit each user to 100 envelopes a year, with per-envelope overage fees beyond that.
