Overview

What it does.

Dust is a platform where a company creates AI agents for specific jobs, such as answering questions about internal policies, drafting customer replies from past tickets, or summarizing weekly sales activity, with each agent given instructions, a chosen model from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Mistral, and access to selected data sources. Connectors sync Slack, Notion, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Confluence, GitHub, Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, and Gmail, so answers cite real documents and respect permissions. Agents can be used in a chat interface, in Slack, or through an API, and non-technical staff can build them without code. Small teams use it as a central alternative to buying a separate AI feature inside each app. Pricing is per seat with a limited free seat type for trying it. The caveat is that prices are quoted in euros and sync of large data sources takes setup time, and the value depends on a team that already keeps its knowledge in connected tools.

Pricing
Business plan priced per seat in euros: Free seat with 500 lifetime credits; Pro seat EUR 30/month (about $32, EUR 24 annual); Max seat EUR 150/month; Enterprise custom (Oct 2026).
