Overview
JazzHR, part of Employ, is an applicant tracking system aimed at small businesses that hire regularly but do not have a recruiting team. It syndicates jobs to free and paid boards, builds a careers page, and provides customizable workflows with knockout questions, assessments and interview guides. Its TalentFit AI matching on the Plus plan ranks applicants against job requirements, and the system can auto-send rejection and interview scheduling emails. Offers and e-signatures, background checks and advanced reporting are available on Pro or as add-ons. Unlimited users on every plan let owners pull in managers without extra cost. Integrations include Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Gusto, BambooHR, Rippling, Checkr, Zoom and Slack. A small company would pilot the Hero plan with up to three open jobs for a quarter and compare applicant volume and time-to-hire with its prior process. Caveat: contracts are annual with auto-renewal unless you choose the higher monthly rate, and several useful features such as texting and reporting are extra line items.
