Overview

What it does.

Fyxer AI works inside an existing Gmail or Outlook inbox rather than replacing the email client. It categorizes incoming mail into folders such as To Respond, FYI, and Marketing, prepares draft replies in the user's writing style that appear in the drafts folder, and joins Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams calls to produce notes and follow-up email drafts. Because nothing changes in the mail client, staff can keep their habits while getting a cleaner inbox. It is popular with founders, recruiters, agencies, and professional-services firms that handle heavy client correspondence. Setup is a few minutes through Google or Microsoft sign-in. The Professional tier adds a HubSpot integration and the ability to manage several inboxes and calendars per person. One caveat: Fyxer needs broad read and write access to mailboxes and calendars, so businesses handling sensitive client data should review its data processing terms and the trial auto-converts to a paid plan.

Pricing
No free plan, 7-day trial; Starter $30/user/month ($22.50 annual); Professional $50/user/month ($37.50 annual) adds multiple inboxes and HubSpot; Enterprise custom with 50-user minimum (Oct 2026).

Verdict

Who it suits.Who it doesn’t.

Best for

  • Small professional-services teams that want inbox triage and drafted replies without switching email clients.
  • Owners who want an assistant-like layer that sorts mail and pre-writes replies every morning.
  • Teams that want meeting notes and follow-up emails produced from the same assistant that manages email.
  • Drafting consistent client replies in the owner's voice across a high volume of threads.

Not ideal for

  • Businesses that are not comfortable granting full mailbox access to a third-party service or that need a free tier.
  • Draft quality depends on enough sent-mail history to learn tone.
  • The notetaker joins as a bot and has fewer analytics than dedicated meeting tools.
  • Only drafts email, not documents or proposals.
